Breakfast used to be the most complicated part of my day.
Not because I didn’t know what to eat…
but because I didn’t have the time, energy, or consistency to make it happen the way I wanted to.
Some mornings I’d skip it completely.
Other mornings I’d piece something together that was random or incomplete. And it wasn’t really satisfying. Think: toast + butter, a cup of coffee with protein mixed in, or an avocado with salt and maybe a banana.
And on the best days, I’d make something balanced, but it wasn’t realistic to do that every day.
And snacks?
Same story.
I’d be on play dates with the kids, picking at the snacks that I packed for them.
I wanted something that felt nourishing, balanced, and supportive…
but also easy.
Not another decision.
Not another thing to prep.
Not another thing to think about.
At some point I realized:
It’s not that we don’t care about how we eat…
it’s that our lives don’t always support it.
Especially in the mornings.
When you’re juggling kids, work, responsibilities, and everything in between,
breakfast is usually the first thing to go.
So I stopped trying to “figure it out” every day…
and started building something that would support me instead. I figured, if I’m struggling with this, other women must be too.
That’s where these came from.
Simple, balanced breakfast and snack options that are already done.
Meals that include:
- protein to anchor you
- fiber to support you
- something satisfying so you actually enjoy it
Without overthinking it.
Without starting from scratch.
Without needing more from you.
This isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about having something to fall back on when life is full.
Because when breakfast feels supported,
the rest of your day feels different.
We’re getting ready to launch these soon,
and I’m really excited to finally share them with you.
