Our meals are made with real, nutrient-dense ingredients and sauces from scratch — no store-bought shortcuts here. We avoid anything on our Never-Ever List, including seed oils, gluten, grains (except organic rice), and anything on the Dirty Dozen list.

At this time, our meals are chef-curated and batch-prepared to maintain quality and consistency. However, we aim to provide a variety of options to fit most dietary lifestyles. If you have specific allergies or sensitivities, feel free to reach out before ordering!

Orders can be placed directly through our Ready-Made Meals page. Just choose your meals, complete checkout, and follow the pick-up or delivery instructions provided.

We offer local pickup at our partnered locations: Shake Express McAllen, Edinburg and Uncle Chops in Weslaco. Specific pickup times and details will be provided during checkout
