Why meals aren’t enough (and what to do about it)

For a long time, I thought if I could just get lunch and dinner right… I’d be good.
And for a while, that worked.
But what I kept noticing — in my own life and with clients — is that it wasn’t the meals that were the problem.
It was everything in between.
 
Mornings felt rushed.
Snacks were whatever was convenient.
By the time the next meal came around, you were either overly hungry… or already off track.
Not because you didn’t care.
Not because you weren’t trying.
But because you didn’t have support in those moments.
 
The gap no one talks about
We’ve been taught to focus on meals.
What to eat.
What not to eat.
What’s “good” vs “bad.”
 
But no one really talks about:
  • what you eat when you’re busy…or what you don’t eat 🤨
  • what you grab when you’re tired 🫩
  • what you reach for when you didn’t plan ahead 🤯
That’s where consistency actually gets built — or broken.
 
What I started to realize
You don’t need a better diet.
You need a better rhythm.
One that supports your real life:
  • busy mornings
  • in-between moments
  • days that don’t go as planned
Because that’s real life.
 
So we built something to support that
